I was hesitant purchasing from this site because the prices seemed too good to be true. I looked up other reviews, most were favorable, but I had doubts if they were even genuine. I decided to take my chance on them because I just couldn’t resist a good deal. I placed my order, and within a few days, they asked me to call them regarding my order. I was nervous, but it turns out they just wanted to inform me that the medicine I purchased for my dog was going to be shipped from the UK, so it might take up to 14 days to get here, and that the box would indicate the dog’s weight in kgs. instead of lbs. They wanted to ensure these were okay. When I confirmed it was fine, they shipped the order. I was surprised to receive my order within 4 days! They even threw in a coupon code for a discount for my next order. I wish I knew about them much sooner. I will definitely be a returning customer.

After receiving my product I decided on something different for my dog. I reached out to customer service & the response was super quick. They said that I could return the product & gave me the information I needed to return. The whole process was easy. I love BudgetPetCare even more!
